I took on responsibility for backend matters during the launch of “George Junior” in Romania, Slovakia, and Czechia, ensuring timely MVP delivery. I refactored legacy components to enhance maintainability and initiated a dedicated microservice to reduce dependency on legacy systems.

Digital Governance

Participated in the ideation and development of internal data processing tools. Additionally, I implemented progressive, offline-capable web applications, allowing users to gather data in remote locations. I also played a key role in establishing automated testing standards in the frontend, enhancing the quality assurance process.

E-Commerce

I designed and implemented landing pages that consistently increased conversion rates over time. I developed a new customer portal and webshop using WordPress and set up new mailing funnels while extending existing ones. Additionally, I provided customer support for all technical issues and inquiries.
